Expect longer exhales and a clear, predictable structure that helps your system settle.

You’ll leave feeling centered, present, regulated and ready for a good nights sleep!

Weekend Energiser

Weekend Energiser: is a combination breathwork class designed to mobilise stored stress while increasing focus, energy- leaving you feeling more alert (in a grounded way) than when you arrived. Using a combination of activating and down regulating breathing patterns, this session supports clearing a busy mind and stored tension in the body.

You’ll leave feeling lighter and clearer for your weekend ahead.
